Pre-order/Backorder
All products in stock will be shipped as far as possible on the same day (weekdays) as the order is placed. Pre-orders will be sent as far as possible within the time period described on the product. If a backorder/pre-order cannot be delivered within the specified time period then in that case, the order for the products in question can be canceled.
Delivery
All our products are shipped with local delivery company.
For most European countries your order will be delivered within 2-5 days if all products are in stock. When your order is shipped you will receive track and trace number via email so you can follow your package. If you do not receive the track and trace number via email when your order is shipped please check your spam mail, if not there, please contact us and will will send you the information ASAP.
Returns
Flagshoppen.eu grants 14 days full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. You must send us a message via our contact form when you return your goods as well as provide your order number. The goods must, as far as possible, be returned in substantially the same condition as upon receipt. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible to your PayPal account. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself. If possible, please also attach a copy of your invoice and remember to save your receipt as proof that the item has been returned to us.
Please note that we do not grant any return rights on “Custom Designs” or on pre-ordered products as they are by nature ordered specific home for you at your own discretion.

Complaints
All goods are covered by the Purchasing Act’s rules on 24 months of right to claim. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about faults and defects in the product that occurred within 24 months after the purchase. The right of claim does not cover when faults, damage or wear and tear occur due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

You always have the option to know what information we hold about you. Simply send an email to support (a) flagshoppen.eu stating your name and address. You will receive an email as soon as possible about what information Flagshoppen.eu keeps about you. If you want us to delete this information, it should be clear from your mail.
